Checked out after a 4 night stay earlier this week. Historical property with a nice bar to spend time in. The rooms were large and comfortable with the air conditioning / heating working well. House keeping was ok and could improve. Towels left on the towel rod were changed while the floor mat was not and day the dustbin was not cleaned. The breakfast was a treat and service top notch. The reception staff was also helpful. Overall enjoyed and would stay again.

I would give the place 5 stars as the service and staff were generally top quality. However, on the first night when I arrived I was mistakenly only charged one night's city tax instead of two, so I had to pay again when I checked out. The staff member was clearly inexperienced. The bar service was a bit slow as they only had 2 staff on to cover both the bar and restaurant. The decor was better than I expected for modern hotel in a business park. The breakfast had a very good choice for the buffet including hot choices like omelette. Again I've dropped a star for being a bit short of bowls and other utensils, there was a large tour group having breakfast to be fair...

We had Apartment No. 9 - Catastrophe describes it best. The location was extremely good. Unfortunately, the signature in the mail was wrong so we were only sent to the hotel when we arrived. There we were told whether we couldn't read English. The address of the place of deposition I then selected from the internet. Our apartment with number 9 was in the neighborhood. In the ground floor the living room with dining area and kitchen was located. According to the information, the apartment was designed for 4 people. So the sofa was converted to bed. Not suitable for 2 adults. The extra toilet at the ground floor had no handwashing basin so you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. The toilet cover was unsatisfactory and defect. By direct contact with the street, everyone could look into the apartment. Unfortunately, there was a sham at the windows. In the basement the bedroom was with adjacent bathroom with shower without toilet. When using the shower of 4 people it was so wet. Unfortunately the ventilation system did not work. Handtuchs were not dry down and above. moisture did not go out of the room the small window could only be a column kippe . The shower was also affected by fungi. The apartment was not suitable for 4 people. Unfortunately the price was disproportionately expensive. Think you'll pay the location rather than the announced “design” or “luxus” We won't book the accommodation again. That's too expensive for this

Nice little rooms at reasonable rates. Calm location with little lake nearby. Very friendly staff. Some repaintigs needed here and there. Elevator would be great. Overall satisfaction very good. We will come back...

Small room but perfect for my needs. Comfortable bed. Great duvet. Clean room. Clean linen. Great products available for use. Honestly, I cannot fault it for what it is. Easy self service check in and check out. Right next to train station. Great coffee shop next to hotel.
